increased rowing while I've been slack on running. Probably will suffer the weekends 5k parkrun.
weeks training:
2 x rowing
2 x cycle
1 x weights
week off work maintained strict dieting.
101 kg Lost so far: 11.5 kg.    Still to go: 2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 0.5 kg a Week
