Been totally off my diet this week. Need to get back into food prep. My target of 57 needs to be met by the 14 Sep!
58 kg Lost so far: 3 kg.    Still to go: 11 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I am 1.53... so thats what I used to weigh.. in the healthy range :)
