So... I was on a little break and clearly it did not go well with my eating plan... I am really not happy with this, but today is a new day and I will get back on the wagon and make this lifestyle choice work.
71.2 kg Lost so far: 16.8 kg.    Still to go: 3.2 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
