At least it's going in the right direction - and this after my birthday weekend where I ate cake by the dozens!! 😄 Must've done it right last week then!! Happy week to u all!!

69.3 kg Lost so far: 2.8 kg. Still to go: 9.3 kg. Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
