It's a little bit more than what I would've liked. But I'm happy, as last week was my deload week and I just focused on mobility and active recovery. I didn't use heavy weights as well. So I'll keep the calories the same for this week, as it's back to training heavy.
95.5 kg Lost so far: 4.1 kg.    Still to go: 0.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
