I am on my 2nd day of fasting today, I am feeling a bit more hungry today than I was for my 1st one, but I have only had 1 day of eating between, which perhaps isn't wise. Next week I will try for Monday and Friday, which suits what I am up to for the week, but as suggested to me, I will vary the days instead of having fixed days in the week.
As for my normal low carbing days, I have been sticking rigidly to what I should be eating and I think that and the combination of the 5:2 challenge, will help me to lose a little and not gain over the festive period. I do however plan to eat nuts on Christmas Day, which is my big weakness, but I figure what the hell for one day :-)
