I am super proud today! I weighed myself this morning to find that I have only picked up 6 kilos. Going into the 6th month of my pregnancy. That's like a kg a month. Everything is going great, and I feel good to. Thanks to the Fat Secret app I wont be a complete whale when my pregnancy is over... Looking froward to the big day :D
79 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 14 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

you start gaining normally the last 3 months but if I'm u don't worry about that as long as you are healthy and baby are healthy , weight you can still lose afterwards my goal gain weight was 12kgs before giving birth i gained 18kgs. so maybe you will be between the 10-12kg gain. good luck with the last stretch of your pregnancy.
