So my family has been telling me it looks like I've lost weight. I don't see and other than this muscle that has appeared in the back of my arm, I don't feel it either. Well I guess today they win!
105.1 kg Lost so far: 8.3 kg.    Still to go: 25.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

If you are exercising you are replacing the fat for muscle and it shows on the scale. I too have to tell myself that I don't see it on the scale but I am gaining big benefits for my change of life that one day I will see and be glad that I am sticking it out!!
