Wow! Good job tracking your food! That's hard for me to. Lately I've been doing eating programs so I don't have to track. 😂 They do it for me.

Lhill, I just saw your bio and I'm 48 too! (I need to update my age 😂). It's definitely been harder to lose in my 40s!
