I was going to weigh in today but postponed it. Still not eating properly due to the cold now. I like to do a week of normal eating before I weigh in to give things a chance to settle down.....then I know the real damage or otherwise!

I just needed to see what damage was done, actually pleasantly surprised, but now back to it and determined to have a decent loss before I move house hopefully at the end of this month. I imagine the stress of moving will put paid to a couple of pounds.
