Feeling motivated as finally got a journal or food diary to use. I like to see how I am doing with my food choices, it's great that you can create your own recipes.
I hope to lose a little weight, not too much though, just enough to neaten up a bit, I have a wedding to go to in April and would love to buy a new outfit and feel good in it too.
