My birthday week so I haven't kept a food journal at all and haven't exercised at all this week either. Have felt bad about it and can feel that my body does not appreciate my non-efforts. Added to a very busy work week I am feeling sluggish and very tired. Last blow-out meal on Sunday then my aim is to workout for 4 hours next week, keep my kilojoules down to 6000/day and try to only have one cheat meal per week.
