Well that's a bit better, back on KETO, feel energised and enjoying my food. Been having a bit of a cookathon to get some freezer fodder for busy days, but most days I am cooking from fresh and thoroughly enjoying it. Alas my mother is back in hospital after another fall, which is being thoroughly investigated by the doctors, she feels like a stuck pig ATM, bless her. So back to the daily visits and the afternoon traffic battles with all the angry people who want to gain a 3 second advantage by pushing others about 🙄.

Thank you all, I am the proverbial duck, calm above the water! 😂 My little pussycat Mason keeps me grounded, he gives me lots of cuddles, which is just what's needed. I hope to have my mother home soon, but considering the bus to avoid the loones 😆
