Finally getting closer to 160! Changed up my workout and counting calories! I've been working on it for a while and I finally figured out how much I should be eating on my rest days and training days! Heres to the next 5 pounds by the end of July (holds up glass of water) Cheers :-)
74.5 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 11.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 0.3 kg a Week
