The scale don't lie... Progress in 5 days .....lets see what next week has in store for me

It's very well done, but bear in mind that the first weight you lose (particularly when lowering from your normal carb intake) is water weight and not strictly fat loss, and the bigger an individual is the greater the initial water weight loss. I am absolutely not saying this to discourage you - the only reason I am saying it is if your weight loss slows down in a week or two it *does not* mean you are suddenly doing something wrong, just the opposite. Keep going and you will get the results you want ❤️
