I am so despondent right now. Between medication and the fact that i cannot exercise due to spondylitis and degenerative spine disease i am just picking up all the weight i lost. So i am going to have to get help and advise if i do not want to go back to being overweight.
53.5 kg Lost so far: 9 kg.    Still to go: 0.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
