It's been a month. Still not losing any weight despite diet and daily exercise. I'm feeling quite demotivated.
83.0 kg Lost so far: 15.7 kg.    Still to go: 10.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Dont be hard on yourself. Our bodies are extremely stubborn, its almost as if it knows we ready to make changes and start a new diet. the first month is always hard, just stay consistent and eventually you will see a drop in the second month. remember all that weight u gained, you didnt gain overnight so the same will apply with loosing weight. You've got this!! Beast Mode---LETS GOO!🌻🦾
