Urgh I don't understand. I'm dieting and exercising but for some reason I'm GAINING weight. Not even just staying constant 😅 people say it's because I'm gaining muscle... But it's been 2 weeks now. You would think that I will have lost a little weight, at least.
83.0 kg Lost so far: 15.7 kg.    Still to go: 10.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Same happened to me 😭 I gained more than 2 kg while going to the gym and burning 1000 calories every time (according to my watch), but I just kept gaining. Then I started keto and I dropped 2.9 kg in one week. Given I gained 1 kg again but that was due to periods 🤦‍♀️🤣

it's a weird one, if you are doing what you must then things are happening within. I was also going up and down and not cheating one bit. Went to my dietitian and what I saw was I lost fat and gained muscle. its something you dont see immediately but when you actually get weighed properly and check what happening with your body that you cant see or feel. it's pretty interesting.
