My weight is staying more or less constant, but I'm losing muscle mass for some reason
80.2 kg Lost so far: 18.4 kg.    Still to go: 7.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 1.5 kg a Week

If u want to lose fat and not muscle. Track macros over calories. If ur obsessive and need something strict.... Fit ur macros into ur calories

More protein? Running can burn a lot of muscle if you don’t eat enough protein.
