Bought a second scale because I really thought my scale was broken 🙃 turns out, it isn’t. I didn’t believe it because I didn’t pay attention to what I ate for the last 2 or so weeks but when I thought about it today, I realize that I ate relatively well and kept active.
That’s the real goal reached for me, when eating better has become a reflex- something that I no longer think about nor dread.
Pleased to be in a healthier place before my surgery in a few months.
