Started eating plan and on Monday 1 on 1 training. Forcing myself back into the healthy habit. Time to get rid of this ridiculous flab and weakness. One day at a time.
78 kg Lost so far: 3.3 kg.    Still to go: 3.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
