The last few kilos are always the trickiest 🙃 apparently the best way to overcome a weight loss plateau is to increase your workout routine and be more active...all good and well unless you live in a city that’s currently -5 degrees 🙃🙃🙃
66 kg Lost so far: 16 kg.    Still to go: 1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
