Most probably shouldn't record such a big drop because it will be back up tomorrow but I'm so excited! Finally broke through 69! I have been running and doing yoga a lot and feels good to be back eating properly🥳

I know what you mean but it's good to have it for the record and so that in future when you have fluctuations, you know from history that things go up and down a bit. Enjoy it. A new low is new low.

Thanks so much ladies!😬 Not a pro at all. The place I go has multiple teachers so they all have a bit of a different style. Some more intense than others. In my classes I can really see people are just naturally better at different things. I for example was the only one that could do this one balancing thing but then the crow pose that involves upper body strength I really didn't even come close to getting it right where lots of other people managed it. Before this I really didn't know pretty much anything about yoga which is why I love it. Makes you feel amazing, can see quick progress and the classes are done in a way that doesn't really matter which level you at. They always say this is what we doing, if you want to push a bit harder try this a bit differently. Its Hotpod Yoga, they are not everywhere yet though which is unfortunate but can think normal yoga is just as amazing and not the relaxed thing most people assume.

Hey Laura, congratulations.
Yoga saved my life☺️. I’ve been doing it since 2015 on and off and it helped me ease into other exercises like HIIT and strength training when I began my journey again in 2019. I wish you the best for the rest of the year fellow yogi 🧘🏾♀️☺️
