I'd say try to not think about it too much .Be accountable only to you. when I feel the pressure of potentially backsliding for lack of a better word. I just have a conversation with my body, I workout , eat and I trust that Imma lose weight as it should happen. I mean you might not lose as much as you used to but you'll find your rhythm again. Just an opportunity to see how quickly you can adjust. Life can sometimes get in the way so you might as well learn how to not let it veer you off track too much. All the best really.
