Struggling to keep to a meal plan. Struggling with cravings. Atleast I’m doing my best with portioning. But my diet is definitely very high on fats. Not enough carbs. Sometimes just enough protein.

When I’m frustrated don’t even feel like tracking. 😭
66 kg Lost so far: 0.7 kg.    Still to go: 11 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Allow yourself to feel that way, it's okay, all you can do is try your best and wake up in the morning and try do better. You're going to have a lot of those days on your journey but don't let it consume you 24/7.
