Really trying hard this lockdown to exercise and eat well but there are days I fall off the bandwagon. Im super proud that is slowly but surely!!
54.5 kg Lost so far: 6.5 kg.    Still to go: 7.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
