Ok this has been a trying journey for me to say the least. I haven't seen any change in numbers and I've really been slacking in recording my food. But, people keep telling me I look like I've lost weight and my clothes fit differently, so I guess I must be doing something right. So, from this day on, I have to get back into the swing of things and record EVERYTHING I eat, keep it healthy and up my water intake. Healthy is my goal and I'm doing it, but I could always be better.
