I expected this it is due to last weekend but at least I lost. This weekend is going to be another tough one but I will make the best of it and the choices I can. I hope that everybody has a great weekend and a super amazing week ahead

The weekends are the most difficult for me too, guess it's because I'm out of the week day routine. Strength for next week end

I'm ok when I am alone at home but its when I go to friends and have a busy weekend that I struggle strongs Jntmrx

I also face a social weekend with dinners and parties, I think I'm going to come out with the truth which is I'm eating and drinking responsibly to control the blood sugar with a view to getting off glucophage. Hope you manage the weekend well
