It's a NEW day, a new WEEK and a new ME! I'm actually not mad that this number is higher because my dresses are looser in the waist. I honestly don't know how that happened, BUT I'm not complaining. Today, I chose to #startagain and focus on just being me. If the scale goes down fine, but if it doesn't, I'm not stressing. I'm starting a new workout plan tomorrow AND I've promised myself to do the following:

1. Record everything even if I think its "bad"
2. Take pictures of my food (relate to number 1)
3. Weigh in EVERY Monday and record that number (up or down)
4. Meal prep if it kills me!

Every year I take a picture on my birthday and from 40 to 44 *I* see no change. That's MY proof that no matter what I do or don't do, I'm #stillme and I L.O.V.E. ME!
