My plan was to reach my weight goal end of October 2019. I'm quite pleased that I reached it before the time. But will continue with the diet and see where I end up on the scale.
108.8 kg Lost so far: 5 kg.    Still to go: 8.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 1.0 kg a Week

Diet? Do you only count calories per day?

@linpiet I follow the IIFYM diet. I have a total calorie count for the day as well as a macro nutrient goal for the day. Total calories per day: 2400. Macronutrient goal per day: 50% protein, 20% carbs, 30%fat
