I crave sweet things and it is driving me nuts!

I know that feeling. When I want it to go away - because I have had enough sugar - I try 100ml of double cream yoghart and half a teaspoon of maple syrup. I found increasing the fat content of what I am eating, cuts down on the vampire level sweet tooth size.

I think you are spot on! More fat less sweet tooth...I think that can work!
