Hang in there... it’s totally doable. I did 800 kcal for 6 weeks... lost 9kg in that time. Soups are easy filling low calorie meals. Fruit and yogurt, or smoothies are good for breakfast. You can also skip breakfast and allow for a bigger lunch and supper. Good luck 🍀

For short term quick weight loss, it may be a quick fix. Over the long term, probably not and you may gain it back. My opinion, so take it or leave it, concentrate on continued healthy eating (which in my case includes falling off the wagon on the rare days of indulgence.)

Not a quick fix if you’re sensible... after 6 weeks on 800, switched to 5:2 (5 days eating ‘normally’ with two fasting days per week -usually Mon & Thurs). I say ‘normally’, because after 6 weeks of eating 800 calories, I didn’t feel the need to eat massive amounts of food... lost another 5kg. Haven’t been counting calories for last couple of weeks, but obviously trying to eat sensibly... must say that having 4 kids all with birthdays in the same month makes things challenging, but my weight has stayed the same... no increase. Google Dr Michael Mosley, Fast 800 diet and 5:2 diet.

Thank you ladies. My dietitian has suggested the 5:2 fast for me. So I will start that this week. 1200 every other and 500 on fasting. I also have PCOS so I’ve been attempting many different calorie restrictions etc to see what works.

SLINOTROL GLUCOSE DISPOSAL AGENT. Glucose Disposal Agents (GDA) are supplements that help your body digest carbs and direct them towards muscle glycogen storage. They enhance the power of insulin by improving insulin sensitivity in muscle cells, ensuring the carbs you do eat go towards replenishing glycogen and supporting muscle growth rather than building up your fat stores. In a sense, slinotrol enhances your body’s response to exercise, thereby supporting better performance, recovery, and body composition. GDAs contain a wide assortment of compounds that support glucose disposal. GDAs not only help regulate blood sugar levels and insulin release, but they also optimize how your body stores nutrients and the body metabolizes glucose. Some of the most effective being alpha lipoic acid (ALA), Vanadyl Sulphate, chromium, gymnema and magnesium. All of which are included in Slinotrol Benefits of using Slinotrol Enhance insulin sensitivity Support muscle growth Aid fat loss Promote glycogen storage Reduce hunger cravings Maintain stable blood sugar levels Lower inflammation Function as an insulin mimetic To Order send us a DM

Slinotrol has been designed for anyone suffering from insulin resistance or polycystic ovarian syndrome. Women that are using progesterone based birthcontol such as Yaz and the Mirena, this product will help you! Slinotrol improves the way the body metabolizes glucose and assists in controlling insulin levels aswell as blood sugar fluctuations. Do you eat carbs and feel sluggish and tired 20-30mins later and want to nap? Slinotrol will help control that sleepy feeling. Slinotrol can be a great to any weight management program. Can you use slinotrol if you are on an estrogen based birthcontrol or not using birthcontrol? Yes you can, during your monthly menstrual cycle you have 2 phases, the follicular phase and the luteal phase. During the follicular phase, estrogen is the dominant hormone, estrogen in women increases insulin sensitivity. During the luteal phase, progesterone is the dominant hormone, progesterone causes insulin resistance. Using slinotrol daily will help keep the bodys insulin level in check and under control, and will help prevent the insulin resistance caused by the luteal phase. Research on the main ingredients listed here such as gymnema sylvestre, Cinnamon, r form alpha lipoic acid, Vanadyl Sulphate, chromium and even magnesium leads to the effective control of blood sugar and improvement of insulin resistance and can be used to help treat patients suffering from pre type 2 diabetic conditions. Improving insulin resistance will aid in the treatment of pcos.
