I feel so tired. Could it be the Low carb diet ?

If its low carb, high fat, you will feel tired as you body adjusts to using fat as fuel.

Yes, I get the same on occasion. Hormones, as well as if I increase the carbs. It takes me a week or so to feel better. A bit longer in the beginning, but must push through.
