Good progress this week, I'm happy. Trying to go for twice as much this week though. Been on the Ketogenic diet for the last 3 days now so hopefully I'll lose more this week. Had hectic leg cramps the second day but I'm adding salt to my water as well as magnesium tablets twice daily. Seems ok now.
69.1 kg Lost so far: 5.4 kg.    Still to go: 9.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
