Day 1 Started BSkinni actual box . Still Vic. Mol. int. fasting only water until 1 then coffee & Coke Zero & Fanta zero. Smoothie at night. Fego with yogurt or tashas whey protein. (Every now & again have caring candies bar or a tbsp peanut butter) this week will cyclex2. Weights caz x2. Pilates.
