Despite staying away from carbs (albeit on weekends I am struggling), the scale does not seem to move. Does anyone know what the macro target should be if you’re eating low carb?
57.3 kg Lost so far: 3.7 kg.    Still to go: 10.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

low carb diet is 50g a day and when you're doing keto it's no more than 30g.
