No change but I’m trying my best to eat well. My weekends are bad though so I need to learn discipline over the weekends and how to adapt to a change in eating habits at restaurants etc
57.3 kg Lost so far: 3.7 kg.    Still to go: 10.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
