That’s what happens when you binge on the weekend. I am going to follow my doctors advice of no grains, no sugar, no flour and root vegetables. Or rather try to as I will be traveling which will make it a bit difficult
58.2 kg Lost so far: 2.8 kg.    Still to go: 11.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

as someone who travels every week to a different city and is stuck with shitty food. the way thar i kept my weight off was by intermittent fasting. Only eat in a 5 hour period. thats it. this is coming from someone who lost 9kgs and kept it off
