Saterday - Parkrun 5k: 31m09 (uprun) PB
Didn't feel strong in my legs but kept steady pace through it.
Sunday - 31 min Row 31 min Cycle
Saterday afternoon/evening Sport babysitting cheat meals drinks.
weigh in Monday. Not too confident if a loss...
