so, after having a week of only leg workouts, my legs are a wreck.
Anyone wanting to make some progress quickly in terms of leg development and/or fat loss can follow this program that I do every now and then.
It consists of two workouts a day for 5 days a week. The first workout is a leg workout and the second is diff parts of the upper body. The first workout lasts around 40mins and the second around 2hours. Below I have highlighted the leg workouts.

Squat
Leg Press
Stiff Leg Deadlift

Standing calve raises
Wed

Is it hard to build muscle?
Yeah. It’s one of the hardest things that take the longest time to do in this world. You can get a haircut in 30 minutes, go from one country to another in 10 hours, and earn a college degree in 4 years. But it takes decades to build a meaningful amount of muscle mass, and it requires an incredible level of dedication and consistency throughout that whole time.
But it’s one of the most rewarding, most emotional journeys you can embark on in life. There are no shortcuts (honestly even with steroids it takes a profound amount of effort to achieve phenomenal physiques or strengths). It is painful to put your body under constant stress. It is annoying to restrict your food choices. And it can be incredibly lonely, unless you’re surrounded by bodybuilding fanatics.
But it’s unquestionably, undeniably worth it. #StolenQuotes

When you're working toward a goal, you are essentially saying, “I’m not good enough yet, but I will be when I reach my goal.”
The problem with this mindset is that you’re teaching yourself to always put happiness and success off until the next milestone is achieved. “Once I reach my goal, then I’ll be happy. Once I achieve my goal, then I’ll be successful.”
SOLUTION: Commit to a process, not a goal.
