Needed a big win for motivation. Have 123 hours of fasting in the last 7 days and OMAD on most of those days. From losing 17kg's last time, I know fasting and calorie restriction works for me. I need to get to a better place before I start worrying about macros and this was the best part of my cycle to do this in. I will continue until closer to the end of my cycle and return to a more steady pace. Feeling amazing!

Quesadilla with cheese, chicken mayo and sweet chilli sauce, avo on top. Had half, the rest is for lunch tomorrow. First meal of the day after 18 hour fast.
