I've been carb counting for two weeks now. What a huge difference! My weakness is not sweeties nor chocolates, but fruit. And now that I'm watching my carb intake, I really see my bad habits. I'm eating most of my normal foods so I haven't had to make many adjustments except cutting out fruit and Provitas. I don't normally eat starches often so it hasn't been a big change to cut them out completely.
Since cutting carbs I have no bloating, my digestion is better and I'm feeling good again. Doing this was well timed because I'd been feeling crappy for weeks. Just too much sugar, to seems.
