Wat im basically eating. Just changing the seasoning Like peri peri, or lemon and herb or bbq and alternating steak and chicken breast.

I realize that when i go in to a shop for one thing 99% of the time i will buy sweets i never even went in for. So my other strategy for not eating rubbish will be to go into shops with no extra money. My weight is still the same 63kgs, but despite this slow movement on the scale my hips look a lot smaller so im sure something is happening lol
