had a few struggling days...last night I really had a chocolate craving but was too lazy to go to the shop...good I had no chocolate at home. Went out for Mothersday celebration with family and all went well with my eating . Happy with my loss this week

stayed the same at least it's not a gain. Last week I wanted to make soup but never got around it. so this week I think I will make some soup and some hummus.

Had a Good week so hooked on baked oats added cottage cheese for brekkie which kept me full till lunchtime...and this week going to start making soups.
