55, 5'3 gal in Georgia USA. Losing weight for the last time! Mostly zero-carb carnivore (Ya, that means I eat mainly meat like we are supposed to). I'm done with the lies of low-fat restriction. I follow Dr Shawn Baker, Dr Jason Fung, and many others on YouTube cuz they ROCK. I'm carnivore right now to help with inflammation. If I can add more food items in maint. I will. So far, I swell up and crave carbs when I go off it. Very low carb helps my brain work and my knee doesn't hurt anymore either. So, one day, one month at a time.

I'M trying to get my waist and chest down an inch to fit into my closet of clothes. They are holding on stubbornly. The last 10 lbs are so stubborn.

Goal to be done losing by midv June and move into maintenance!
JUNE 2024....


Goal in weight? I probably need to be between 110 and 115. I won't know until I get close to 120. Then, I won't care what my weight is as long as it is muscle weight I am putting on! I will focus on body weight percentage then. I had a DEXA scan in October when I was about 180. I might redo it next November.
Goal in measurements? Just to fit in my clothes.
Goal in health? To build muscle, increase my metabolism, and not be a weak aging woman.
