Sorry for the long wait :) I purchased my wraps from Spar :)
Ingredients
2 small rice paper wrap
1/4 cup cherry tomato
1 can tuna
1 cup shredded or chopped lettuce
2 tbsps mayo
1/4 cup chopped carrot
Directions
mix the drained tuna, cherry tomatoes(cut in half), carrot (grated) and 2 tsp of mayo altogether.
Soak rice wraps in water until soft
layer your lettuce with the tuna mix inside, add salt and pepper for taste. Wrap all together.
