so I have been wondering if I have lost weight..I know I did but the suspense is killing me ..I last weighed myself 31Jan weight was 116.2kg ..however I started in Jan 03 @127.6kg...so that was my actual start weight..weighing on 27th this month as I have to go for my medical fitness assessment..current calories a day is 1400...feeling good most days but some days are just plain walking on broken glass..Will update 27thFeb2018.
