So im back to working overtime again. Mon to friday 7h30am to 8pm and saturday and sunday 7h30 to 4pm. So again my diet has no chance. My hubby got me a exercise bike... yay... so now im feeling motivated again. Im gonna finish my long hours on the 7th and then try again. Feels like i keep failing. Ill just keep trying. But loving my new hair do... makes me feel thinner lol

I work horrid hours and I tag along a bag with all my meals and snacks to make sure I don't fall off the wagon. I've found if I have the healthy food with me, I'll be less inclined to make terrible decisions. Good luck!
