Day 2. Since funds are low at the momment, i will probably be eating the same stuff everyday till Friday. But i have found my "weapon food" BILTONG. That stuff makes you not feel like eating and you have to drik 30 litres of water to try and get rid of the dehydration it causes. That will surely make a lose a couple of kgs... well i hopes

Hi Biltong is always a good idea - just be carefull of the sodium in biltong - sodium retains water...

it's good but make sure you don't starve yourself because it can hinder your weight loss progress. good luck

I think she means 3L.I use a app that reminds me every 30min to drink water.I achieve daily 4L

If you drink soo much water....when do you eat lol!!! I struggle, can just about manage a 1.5L, then there is traffic morning and evening, which leaves me quite challenged as I sit in traffic for up to 3hrs on a really bad day....no loo available

Lol 3 litres is like an ultimate record for me. I hate drinking water so for me that was like a miracle lol. Thanks everyone for your comments.
