Mid week weigh-in's are a good idea, cause they give you a good indication, if yesterday's cold weather had you eating too much bread ;-)

Ha ha true that. I also do it but don't record it. Just observing my metabolism hopefully it's kicking up a gear...its an incentive mostly or wake up slap 😁
